I've been going to Portuguese prison establishments for 28 years, seeing as it's Guarda Prisional, but sitting in a restaurant inside a prison, it's something interesting. A very interesting reinsertion project. An interesting and high-quality project, seen at the table, is very good, very well served and tasty, or friendly and very professional, welcoming (before making a meal from Portugal with the chef of the room 😁) O valor, very good at the service and good service. Welcome to the reinstatement project, the team that is on the move, and the inmates that are integrating and integrating this reinstatement project. As a prison officer, I have been frequenting and eating in Portuguese prisons for about 28 years, but dining in a restaurant inside a prison is truly something special: a truly valuable rehabilitation project. This is a high-quality initiative; the food is excellent, the portions are adequate, and the flavors are great, while the service is friendly, extremely professional, and welcoming (I even got to chat about Portugal with the head waiter! 😁). The price is very reasonable, considering the level of service and the quality of the food offered. Congratulations to this rehabilitation project, to the team that made it a reality, and to the inmates who participated—and continue to participate—in this initiative.

I had the privilege of dining inside the facility for a medical event organized by my wife. I was amazed by the kindness and courtesy of the prison officer at the entrance and the calm and refined manner of the inmate who accompanied me to the restaurant. We're talking about elegance, kindness, and courtesy in a prison facility, and that already indicates success. The table was perfectly set, with cutlery and glasses correctly positioned. The inmates were thoroughly instructed on the rules of service (to the right, serve, then leave), always attentive and alert to requests, never invasive or inappropriate... The food? Excellent, carefully prepared, and refined. I'm truly enthusiastic about the atmosphere and the initiative. Well done, well done, and of course, well done to the director for believing in these educational and inclusive initiatives.

I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant with its unusual location. Excellent welcome, table service was punctual and very courteous, and the four-course menu was delicious. Highly recommended.
